Linda has been coaching me to update the blog so I have a couple of new pictures.

It is dust and there are a number of bats flying around outside my window.

I am going to dinner tonight with the Pfizer Director of Operations for Southeast Asia and the Head Rep for Vietnam. I look forward to learning how health care works in SE Asia.

Next week Pfizer is sponsoring 16 ophthalmologists from Spain to complete 2,000 trachomatous trichiasis surgeries in 10 days. This surgery takes ~15 minutes and costs $15. It saves a patients sight.
